Upon request, we can prepare a preliminary cost estimate based on the Swiss Building Cost Plan (BKP). It provides a transparent guide to potential investments and can serve as a valuable basis for purchase decisions, price negotiations and financing discussions.
A preliminary cost estimate does not replace a detailed contractor’s quotation or an implementation plan.
